Modular Pool Party 8th February

Advance Tickets on sale now for a bargain £8 from
Three Rooms (ok, one is a big pool and a hot tub) of magic from 9pm till about 5am in Old Street.

We're keeping this one a little bit more intimate (there's only 500 presale tix) than the massive Party of The Year which even made the News of The World.

And we know that a lot of you are probably broke from Xmas and New Years so we're also keeping it cheap.

Plus the guys from Fly 53 are also going to be giving away some clothes from their new range. See, we even make sure you keep warm.

But the lineup is huge and is littered with acts that we know are going to make an impact in 2008.

Anyway, we're not going to write about the new class of 2008. Go check out their myspace or lastfm pages and have a listen. They're all amazing.

PARTY OF THE YEAR SOLD OUT (TIX ON DOOR ONLY)

But we've put the 300 tix on the door so get there early to have a chance to grab one.

It's a big one and we've hired the entire 1,700 capacity Turnmills in Clerkenwell to handle it.

See you there

THE WHITEST BOY ALIVE 'DREAMS' OUT NOW

It's the silly season in record land so while the album is out now, you'll need to look behind the rows stacked with dad compilations, Leona Lewis and Now That's What I Call Music CDs and hunt down the beautifully created album by The Whitest Boy Alive.

Not only is it a perfect record for winter, the artwork was created by Geoff McFetridge (he who worked with the likes of Spike Jonze & Sophia Coppola and designed the Boycott Esso campaign). It even includes a pull out poster.

Obviously it's on iTunes too, but can we ask you for a favour? If you go to a store and don't see it let them know you want it so we can muscle in as a collective posse. Apparently it's too 'indie' for the Xmas punter...what a load of rubbish.

Alternatively you can have the deluxe edition album delivered free to you for just £8.99

Also, remember their show is on February 7th. It's definitely going to sell out soon (700 tix have already been sold) so if you'd like to go we'd recommend buying a ticket soon.

Party of The Year - SOLD OUT. Tix on door only from 8pm

Yep, we thought the same. Where has the year gone?

And to celebrate 2007 we're throwing our first big London party since the Daft Punk, Klaxons, NYPC, Simian etc. gig in June and decided to fly everyone into town and host a winter festival for the price of a club ticket.

We've also hired the entire Turnmills complex with four rooms of diverse craziness.

From North American we've got the current kings MSTRKRFT playing an exclusive UK show as well as the guys behind Spank Rock - Devlin & Darko & XXXChange.

From France we've got our brother Busy P aka Pedro Winter aka EdBanger boss and Daft Punk manager who killed it at our biggest ever weekly party in July.

From Portugal, Buraka Som Sistema head in for a monster set after their trip to Angola with a whole bunch of music you've never heard before.

And then there's London representing. Wow. We've got the cast of the brilliant surrealist comedy Mighty Boosh, the ace Counte of Monte Cristal (or Herve in his other guise) & Sinden as well as the hosts of the best club in West London, Yo Yo, and new kid in town Martelo.

Oh, and why the hell not. NME cover stars The Horrors join us and we've still got more to announce. OK, OK ,just one more...Karl 'Stevie' Lagerfeld is gonna host a fashion room upstairs too with disco playing all night long.
